The Office Manager is a high-level management position responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations.
This role supervises all business functions including, but not limited to, human resources, account payable, contracts, collections, accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
The Office Manager also provides strategic leadership and guidance to the organization and is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and store policies.
Duties ? Lead/Supervise all aspects of day-to-day operations including but not limited to H.

, AP and Inventory ? Lead/Supervise Office Personnel ? Lead/Supervise Warehouse Operations and Personnel ? Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls, standards of operations and policies.
? Develop, analyze, and monitor financial performance metrics.
? Develop and implement strategies to improve financial performance.
? Oversee external professional services with subcontractors, finance experts, legal authorities, insurance agents and CPA?s.
Requirements Qualifications include Accounting/Business Degree preferred Bookkeeping Experience - 2 years Proficient in Excel Knowledge of RFMS a plus General Ledger proficiency Computer Skills Self-motivated and attention to details Nice To Haves Accounting/Business Degree preferred Carpet Store experience preferred Benefits Benefits? ? Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
