DIRECTLY SUPERVISES:
None KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
MUST MAINTAIN STRICT CONFIDENTIALITY AT ALL TIMES AS RELATED TO THE SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AND OPERATION.
Any information, knowledge of, or observance of activities that may have a diverse effect on the business, reputation of, safety of, or compliance of the property must be reported to the surveillance Supervisor or Manager on duty and/or if necessary, the Director of Surveillance.
Observes monitor screens that transmit in sequence views of the Gaming facility and land-based sites.
Adjusts monitor controls when required to improve reception and notifies Surveillance Technician of equipment malfunctions.
Follows all instructions and assignments given by Surveillance Department Shift Supervisors and Manager.
Informs the supervisor on duty of issues as they occur and reacts accordingly.
Maintains close surveillance of all gaming and non-gaming activities utilizing the necessary equipment to identify, record and document all illegal or unusual activities occurring on the floor slot area, slot booths count rooms, vault and cage.
Report all illegal and unusual activities to the Supervisor/or appropriate authority.
Complete all written reports required during their working shift.
Other duties may be assigned at any time.
EDUCATIONS and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
College education is helpful.
Must possess basic computer skills

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS:
Must be able to obtain and maintain an Indiana Gaming Commission License.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
ACCESS TO CONFIDENTIAL/PROPRIETARY INFORMATION:
Has access to all sensitive materials pertaining to the Surveillance Department as approved by the Director.
ACCESS TO GAMING FLOOR:
Has access to the general areas of the facility.
Does not have access to the cages, money handling areas, soft count and the vault.
